Hi, my name is Mike Lawler. I'm a Califormian guy that has been down in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, for about 5 years. I suffer from Aspergers Syndrome and have a penchant for dishonesty and girls 25 years my junior.

BOUTIQUE ADVENTURE HOTEL
Aventura Lodge is a stunning hotel in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, where we invite you to escape into our world of boutique adventure, and do as much or as little as you want.
A lush jungle garden is the setting for our intimate hotel. Our tropical canopy provides an oasis in which to relax, be it by the refreshing swimming pool, swinging in a hammock or on our shady patio.
Our outdoor bar and BBQ area provides an ideal place to wind down in after an active day in the surf, and we have a small spa where we can arrange for massages and treatments while you listen to the sounds of nature and our cascading waterfalls.
Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel and cable TV, air-con and hot water are available in all Jungle Rooms and in the Canopy Apartment.

All of the accommodation in Aventura Lodge overlooks our pristine swimming pool.
JUNGLE ROOMS
Our 5 stunning rooms provide extremely high levels of comfort. All rooms come with private en-suite bathroom, hot water, air-con, cable TV, wi-fi and arguably the most comfortable beds in Nicaragua. 3 of the rooms have Queen beds, 1 room has Twin beds and 1 is a family room with 3 beds.

CANOPY APARTMENT
Our Canopy Apartment has 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a King bed and air-conditioning; the other has a Queen bed with Single bunk bed. It comes with it's own bathroom, full kitchen, living area and private balcony. The apartment has hot water, cable TV and wi-fi.

TREE HOUSE - DORM BEDS
The Tree House has 1 Queen bed and 2 single bunks. It is set within a stunning elevated bamboo cabin. It has a private en-suite bathroom, wi-fi and provides fantastic value for money.

ACTIVITIES
Aventura Lodge is a hub for actively exploring all San Juan del Sur and Nicaragua has to offer. Be it surfing, climbing volcanoes or learning some Spanish, we can help you make your vacation come to life. We'll also provide you with a peaceful and cool oasis to come back to after an energetic day; an ice-cold drink by the pool or a rejuvenating massage perhaps.
Surfing is a hugely popular past-time in San Juan del Sur and we can organize lessons for beginners or trips to more advanced breaks for the experienced surfer. Lessons including transport and equipment cost $30. Board hire and transport costs only $15.
One of our top recommendations is a zip-line canopy tour which costs $30 including transport to and from Aventura Lodge.
Fantastic half-day Sailing trips can be orgnized from $30 per person and boat trips in smaller 'pangas' from $15 per person.
A 1 hour massage in our small spa costs $35.
